HOW DO US ORDERS WORK?

We ship all of our US orders through FedEx Economy Air. Orders will arrive within 2-5 business days, and a tracking number will be provided with all US orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number. Please allow 24-hours for the tracking number to become active.

CAN YOU REFUND MY SHIPPING?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund these charges.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship right to your doorstep worldwide. It's as easy as clicking, paying, and working in your new Up In Smoke Welding Apparel.

FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICE?

We are not responsible for any products that are forwarded to an address using a freight forwarder. If you require the use of a freight forwarding service, you do so at your own risk. We will ship to the exact address we have been provided.
